What types of clients do you work with?
Many of our clients are small businesses around Central and Northern New York areas. WWDoT Computers also works with individuals who may need technical assistance with their home devices. We are, however, equipped to provide support to businesses worldwide.
Do you have any emergency service hours?
We offer after hours support for emergencies only. “Orange” emergency support is available Monday through Saturday from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. “Red” emergency support is available Monday through Saturday from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am or all day Sunday.
Can you help with HIPAA compliance?
Any business that is in charge of protected health information must be HIPAA compliant. Therefore, we will work with you to ensure that you meet required security practices and keep your customers’ data safe at all times. We are able to offer help with advanced security in order to fill in any gaps that may exist.
How long do services usually take?
Each project is different based on the needs of the client and the nature of the service itself. You can sign in to your client portal and check the status of your case there.
